The 200-hour Yoga Alliance Registered program offers foundational teaching of Prana Flow®: Energetic Vinyasa Yoga, embodiment, energetic alignment sequencing, philosophy, and Ayurveda .
Experience a 200-hour program that offers foundational teaching of Prana Vinyasa including 12-20 Namaskars and 20-30 Sequences depending on how you design your program.
200 hr Teacher Training Program – Foundational
Welcome to our dynamic Prana Vinyasa 200 hour teacher training program!
Our 200-hour Yoga Alliance registered program focuses on the foundational teachings of Prana Vinyasa, including vinyasa yoga, somatic and subtle embodiment, energetic alignment-based sequencing, yogic philosophy and ayurveda practices. Depending on how you design your program, our 200 hour teacher training offers you 12-20 innovative namaskars and 20-30 supportive sequences.
To receive your 200 hour certification (180 contact hours)
the following requirements are to be completed within a two-year span:

Part One: Embodying the Flow/ Mandala of Asanas modules
Part Two: 1-2 of the advanced immersion modules, dependant on your hours and interest.

History of Yoga Vinyasa online or three sacred reading projects
Teaching demonstration video.
Embody and empower what you learn in live intensives with our required online program, Yoga Alchemy, that corresponds to your track of study includes 10 videos for the solar-lunar sequence and five namaskars you learn for each module (Rasa and Soma Prana Vinyasa have different format of short-long form practices):
CERTIFICATION
Certification:
- Final take-home written “exam”
- Demonstrate teaching embodiment in several videos of the foundational namaskars and sequences you have learned (guidelines available once you enroll)
Upon admission into our program you will be given our private community with direct access to questions for Shiva and Teacher Trainers, enrollment in our year-long Meditation Program and a welcome letter.

Required:
- Part One: Art of Teaching Vinyasa (also know as Embodying the Flow) and Mandala of Asanas
- Part Two: Selected Advanced immersions: Chakra Vinyasa, Elemental Vinyasa, Living Ayurveda Soma Prana Vinyasa, Rasa Vinyasa (depending on hours and interest); you may also combine Yoga Trance Dance, Shakti Sadhana and Esalen, Kripalu or YJ Immersions
- Online programs for 2-3 of your trainings
- Embodiment Project
- History of Yoga Vinyasa online Parts 1 and 3 OR three sacred reading projects
